Resistance to Changes

For decades many have wanted things to change in every aspect of our lives.  Great changes are now becoming a 3D reality.  With these changes comes an end to the way things were living in an old energy as we begin shifting towards a greater reality.  Its human nature wanting to remain as we were with stability in our old energy yet have everything change around us.  We are the Creators of our 3D Reality so each and every change must begin with us.  No changes are possible if we don’t first change ourselves.

Here’s a few thoughts to consider;

What we think creates our reality, no change will occur in our individual reality until we change how we think.  The world around us is a reflection of our own thoughts, when we change the patterns of what and how we think this starts a shift in our reality to match our new thinking.

Besides our consciousness changing as we bring about change, our physical structure must also adjust to these new conditions.  How we frame the feelings from these changes impacts how well we accept and incorporate each of them.  Resistance to change serves no one working in the Light.  If we see changes as discomfort they will become so as we have just created our reality from our thoughts.  If we see changes as temporary shifts and an interesting new sensation for today (this month, or even longer) without our attempting to resist them they will pass gracefully with less impact on our physical structures.

Fighting these changes will not serve well, it brings about increased discomfort, disharmony and a potential for dis-ease in our lives.  What we focus on becomes our reality, those resisting and focusing on the discomforts will create greater disharmony.  In this we are called to gracefully accept and allow the changes we’ve asked for being the observer rather than a leaf caught in turbulence.  We asked for the breeze to sweep away the old energy and now it is here doing as we’ve requested.

We live in a benevolent Universe and our reality can also be such if we’ll only allow it to be so.  We have the Free Will to attempt resistance to change although it’s not in the highest good.  Change is the only constant in the Universe, those resisting change will not fare well as it puts greater stress on the body and consciousness.  Embracing change with a thank you for the opportunity to grow will always serve us better.

The Ego

Master or servant

The role of the Ego is little understood by the bulk of humanity, we’d be better served to know more about what this aspect of our consciousness is doing while we’re not looking.  The Ego give us the drive to succeed and a desire to accomplish yet without restraint the Ego gives us grief, literally.  The Ego is much like a kid in a candy store of emotions, it’ll get into everything and try them all and the ones it likes are tried often.

The Ego is the primary player in lesser emotions like; anger, rage, hatred, envy, jealousy, blind ambition, betrayal, feeling hurt for any reason and much more.  Fear is also on the list although this is so important to understand it has its own spiritual challenge but the Ego plays with fear too.  The Ego doesn’t get involved in Love, Compassion or Joy, those are higher emotions.

From the moment we take our first breath every system we have is set on “auto-pilot” functioning as it will completely without any input from us.  The Ego left on its own without supervision remaining that way until we get wiser seeing what it’s up to.  All of this is as it should be for our learning and growth.  In time we’ll face the spiritual challenge / test to regain the leadership of a wayward team member placing this rouge agent Ego back into our personal consciousness group.

Taming the unruly Ego,

A very important step is to know what the Ego is up to.  Seeing how it interferes in our lives and relationships is so very valuable to understand why we act the way we do at times.  Every time we “react” to a situation this is the Ego hard at work, a button gets pushed and we respond without thinking about it.  Taking action is a calculated response when we observe a situation and chose to make a plan.  The Ego doesn’t plan to do anything other than react, this is what the Ego does best.

Having seen the Ego’s game, refusing to dance on a string pulled by the Ego puts us back into the position of being in charge.  Every time we find ourselves “reacting” to a situation we are called to stop and tell the Ego “not this time, I’m not playing anymore.”  It’s just that simple but as the saying goes “it’s simple but it’s not easy.”  This spiritual challenge of the Ego requires perhaps more due diligence than many other spiritual test other than Fear which is for many the hardest to face.

Journey of Energy Healing – Identifying what we haven’t experienced

For other installments in the Journey of Energy Healing see, Looking even deeper, there’s always more to seeIt’s not about the ModalityLooking Deeper at Energy,   The Healing Crisis,   Lesser Etheric Life Forms,   Identifying Etheric Objects, and preparing to clear them,   The Dreaded Implant and A Healer’s Journey

A basic truth, “we don’t know what we haven’t learned yet.”  If we don’t know something it doesn’t exists for us.

Another basic truth, “what we think we know stops us from learning what we don’t know.” Our preconceived ideas get in the way of the openness to learn something new.

Both of these lead the “brain” to erroneous conclusions which usually get accepted as being true.

The underlying question is; how do we identify etheric objects (or anything) we’ve never encountered before?  There are a great deal of life forms existing as etheric energy.  I’ve never heard anyone talk about most of what I’ve seen and guidance has shown me even more saying I would be best served to learn about them.

Until we learn it, it doesn’t exist in our understanding so we have no concept of it.  Our Guidance is always putting new things on our path for us to discover.  Sometimes a client will come for healing work carrying something for us to see in addition to why they came to see us.  The trick is to see these so we can learn about them.  A healer is only as effective as their experience allows them to be.  If we misidentify something it may lead us to use an incorrect approach to resolve it.  To resolve an issue a client may require many things, one high on the list is our level of Self-empowerment.  No modality is going to enable us to clear something, the ability always comes from within us.  There are also several rules for the healing energy to be accepted by our client.

The brain is a portion of our intellect which is a data base of past experience used to compare what we’ve experienced with what we are experiencing at the moment finding a match or something close to it.  The “brain” isn’t exactly what medical science thinks it is.  (Scientist are also subject to the basic truths mentioned above, maybe even more so.)  It references all past events to the current experience so we know what things are and how to deal with them.  This works wonderfully except when we’re working beyond our past experience.  At this point the brain will jump to conclusions based on the nearest experience it can find.  Our brain is wired to find a match even if it’s incorrect or it will make up something, it’s not acceptable to have no answer at all.  This is where we’re led to misidentify what we’re feeling/seeing only due to it’s being outside of our experience.  And how would we know if our brain was faking an answer or not?  This happens all the time leading to a great deal of myth and misunderstanding about everything especially spiritual matters since we have no parallel in 3D.

So, right about now you may be thinking, how do I identify what I’ve never experienced before?  If you were thinking that, there is a way.  We all have Guidance even if we don’t think so.  We can’t escape them, they’re some our other parts which didn’t enter into this third dimension.  Guidance “only when asked” will help us to learn about what we haven’t experienced yet or are just experiencing now.  Although they won’t just give us all the answers, we still need to sense it and figure it out then they’ll help us to understand it better.  This is all part of our learning, we’re called to work at it not just to be given all the answers.

This of course requires a good level of communication with our guidance.  Anything less will limit how quickly we understand them or it’ll take more time to develop this through practice and lots of it for as long as it takes.  (many times both)  Becoming Self-empowered helps in not only working with Guidance to identify objects but in the disposition those in a proper manor.  There are “rules” as to what is best and unacceptable to do with what we find not belonging to someone we’re helping.  Just to mention one, when we encounter a lesser consciousness which may or may not be dark in its nature we’re not allowed to terminate it in any way. (not that we really could except in our misperception)  All consciousness once created cannot be un-created, it’s sacred no matter what it looks like.

Self-empowerment in its larger sense is a corner stone to spiritual growth leading to Mastery.  I’ve learned this well in the five years since I was made the Steward of Aurora Source Radiance.  Since then my path has been none stop accelerated learning from only our Divine Source.

A lesson on Lessons

The experience we’re having on earth is one of daily learning.  We’re put here without memory of who we are and no guide book we can see.  The trick is to find it within us.  We arrive here self-contained and complete if we only knew it but Duality starts taking its toll on us from the first breath and for those reincarnating (nearly all of us) we have our Akash to contend with as well.

As we move through our lives we’re assisted to learn being skillfully guided to some extent although some would say we’re pushed into it.  In either case it’s for our highest good knowing we set up our lives before we incarnated.  As we learn our Guidance tracks what we’ve learned so when the lessons are complete for a subject we’re placed into a situation to test and/or prove our knowledge.  We aren’t put into a lesson situation until we’re deemed to be ready, of course this doesn’t mean we feel ready.  These spiritual lessons are unannounced so we may not and usually don’t even know what’s going on, only that we have situations happening in our lives.  Many times someone will want to get a clearing to remove the perception of a lower energy interrupting them or what is thought of as a blockage.  The purpose of these tests are to measure our understanding to see if we’re ready to move forward.  In these we’re called to use our wisdom, plus if needed, a little help for Guidance to see the situation as it really is.  Guidance will not give us the answers, we’re loved too much for them to allow us to cheat on a test.  Although we can get help to understand what’s going on which in itself is a blessing.

No amount of clearing will affect a Spiritual Test, sorry to say this but a test is a test and in practical terms we’re not allowed to duck them indefinitely.  We do have Free Will to face our challenge or not but the down-side of not facing these challenges when they’re presented is in they’ll often continue until the next incarnation then the test will seem a bit harder since we didn’t complete it the last time.  An analogy is these tests have deferred interest on unfinished lessons.  Each incarnation we avoid them the interest grows bigger for the next time.  From what I’m hearing from Guidance this is a fact which is not changeable no matter how much we huff and puff attempting to do so, it’s the way it is.

Through the years I’ve seen many facing spiritual testing with a marked increase since 2012.  To date none I’ve worked with have seen the true reasons of the situation they’re in.  A little information is very helpful to understand why a situation is happening yet passing these test is still an individual pursuit.  In further asking Guidance I’m told very few ask if they’re in a test situation.  In most situations Guidance will tell us but only if we ask.

We Create the Reality We Live In

We are powerful in ways we wouldn’t even imagine.  We have resources beyond our understanding and we use them without even knowing we do.  This is exactly where we can get ourselves into places we’d rather not go.  When we do find ourselves in unpleasant situations it must have been someone or something else pushing us into that.

When we start a new incarnation we leave the rule book behind starting fresh figuring it out all over again.  In the process we learn many bits of information some of which are incorrect or misperceptions making it even harder to see past those to understand some very important concepts which control everything around us such as our personal reality.

We each create our own reality and modify it daily.  This is a simple statement with far reaching implications.  If we spend our time trying to manifest a new car we may not even know we’ve manifested the problems we have with the old one by thinking “I don’t think it’ll get me to work today” or “I know it’ll break down soon.”

Everyone has things happen in our lives we didn’t like or just seemed to have no rhyme or reason, some of us experience these often.  It’s easier to believe we’re the victims of Dark Forces conspiring against us than it is to take full responsibility for what we’ve created for ourselves.

How it Works;

We are each a group consciousness all by ourselves.  We have far too many aspects of us to count but each knows about the rest of us.  We’re (our consciousness here) the ones that haven’t gotten the memo yet.  Some of our multidimensional aspects take part in listening to everything we say or think, I mean everything.  They do their best to make those thoughts into our reality.  The more we think a thought the higher it goes on the list to be created since we’re focusing on it a lot we must really what our lives to be that way.  Even more important to know is they don’t know when we’re just kidding or we’re just complaining.  To them “what we think or say is what we really want to happen.”

I hope this will shock some who read this and enlighten others as it’s so important to know.  For those trapped in the daily dramatic story of their lives they’re only making it more so every time they retell or rethink it.  The way out is to STOP thinking about what we DON’T WANT.  When we reverse our old ways focusing our thinking on what we do want our lives will begin to change which shifts everything around us.

Intention, Understanding and Knowing

Intention is very powerful when we’re self-empowered but until we reach self-empowerment it’s very limited in what can be accomplished.  Intention must have the knowing of what we intend to do firmly imbedded in our spiritual consciousness, the intention by itself is meaningless.  A metaphor of having an intention without a knowing to go with it is like having a lighter without any fuel, it makes sparks but there’s no flame.

Understanding is at least partially misunderstood, our spiritual consciousness can understand something but we often equate this with knowing which is far greater than having the understanding of it.  Our 3D intellect tracks and catalogs everything we do including what we read or hear about spiritual things, although the intellect is powerless to do anything Spiritual.  The 3D intellect holds a database of our experiences to date.  Its function is to help us recognize everything around us in 3D so we can comprehend what to do with them.  Most of the time we never notice the difference between our intellect and our spiritual consciousness since we’ve grown up with both of them we just accept they’re one in the same and it feels natural to us.  Our consciousness can understand something yet we haven’t necessarily taken it to the next level instilling it as knowing yet.  Understanding can be intentionally converting into Spiritual knowing although this isn’t simple by any means, its Master level knowledge which requires being fully self-empowered to begin receiving any information about how it would work.  Many times we may think we spiritually know things but these turn out to be a 3D understanding.  At these times we wonder why things aren’t happening or we just assume they are because we’ve intended it to be.  It takes both knowing and intention.

Knowing goes beyond understanding in ways which 3D words fail to express.  Knowing is strictly a multidimensional concept only to be comprehended by a multidimensional part of our spiritual consciousness.  Knowing if we have knowing is a difficult subject.  Knowing is not learned from a book as 3D words fail here, we’ll get an understanding instead.  Knowing can be obtained from guidance yet guidance will not just give us knowing about things we haven’t worked at understanding for a long time if even then.  We’re called to earn knowing, if Guidance just give us knowing it would diminish the value of our learning.  Depending on the subject knowing can be transferred from others who know how to do such a transfer and have the knowing to transfer.  There are exceptions to this, we won’t be able to transfer knowing when it concerns a spiritual test for one and connecting to our higher aspects for another, plus some others.  We must do these for ourselves.

Where spiritual actions come from is through the center of our Spiritual Being, our heart chakra with its connection to our higher vibrating aspects on the other side of the veil.  The “brain” isn’t involved in this except perhaps in an obstructionary way working with the Ego giving us false reasons why it won’t work.  If we listen to those then we really don’t “know” it yet, it’s still an understanding.  To use self-empowerment we must first build a relationship with the rest of us and work with the greater-self to create our desires.  We still need the knowing within us otherwise we’re just asking the Greater-self to do things for us which is not self-empowerment and not why we’re here.  We’re here to experience and learn to do it ourselves as the creators we are, this is what Mastery is about.

Guidance

These are a collection of things about Guidance compiled into one place

Guidance?

Guidance is a very common term in spirituality but who or what is guidance?  There are many thoughts on this which range from being very close to not close at all.  All of these are based on our ability to sense and perceive the answers.  The definition I find best suited is that our Guidance being the rest of us which didn’t and couldn’t enter into this three dimensional existence.  We each are a group consciousness of our own created in the image of the Creative Consciousness.  This may sound familiar, “we are made in his image” but not necessarily in the way some may think we are.  God doesn’t have two arms and legs but rather we are a group consciousness patterned after the Creative Consciousness of which we are a part of.

Since we each are our own group we each have our own Guidance although it’s common to receive guidance from any other part of the Creative Consciousness as is called for or we ask for it.

Due to the conditions of our being on Earth working with the energy for our greater collective consciousness we still have Free Will.  As part of this Guidance cannot and will not help or interfere in any way until we ask for help.  Only then is Guidance allowed to help us and only to the extent allowed for by us or what is in the highest good of the Divine Plan.

What Guidance Won’t Say

The most widely held thoughts about Guidance is they’re a source of everything we want to know.  This is true but only to the extent of our experience and understanding.  This is worthy of examination.  No one can conceive of anything beyond our experience or comprehension, in other words “we don’t know what we haven’t learned yet.”  Guidance couldn’t explain an internal combustion engine to a caveman who hadn’t even figured out the wheel yet.  Learning is a step by step process so Guidance will not and would not give us information about anything beyond our perception or we haven’t yet thought of.  This may sound like Guidance is keeping secrets but in truth we learn best by experience and having gone through the process to figure it out.  If Guidance just told us everything we wanted to know about it would diminish our thought processes and ability to learn from our lessons.  At times we may even get some misleading or incomplete information on a subject which is designed to challenge us to look deeper.  At other times we won’t be corrected in our misunderstandings and allowed to go on believing it to be true until we see the higher truth for ourselves.

Guidance loves us too much to cheat us out of our experiences and challenges of finding out for ourselves.  That said, if we have an insight we can very often gain more detailed information about it from guidance as we probe a greater understanding of our insight.  Even then we’re not just being given information, we’re going through the process of thinking it out using intuition receiving confirmation or we’re being asked to revisit our thinking.

The more we probe the unknown “mysteries” on the other side of the veil the more we understand how things really work so we can unlearn the misperceptions we’ve been taught were the truth.  (this is also known as clearing filters)

If you play Chess with Guidance

Each time we journey here for a new expression of physical life we each have a basic purpose and plan of what we intend to accomplish.  When the incarnation is over what is yet to be completed is placed on the list for the next incarnation.  We also take part in larger plans which connect directly to our personal plan.  When Divine consciousness develops a plan you’d better know it’s complete with every possible contingency covered in the fullest detail and know we’re part of the larger plan.

So why then would anyone not want to listen to guidance and allow them to assist us to pilot our lives knowing full well that our guidance knows the plan and can see around every corner before we even get there?  This is a good question which deserves contemplation.

I think one concern is in letting go of what we believe is our control of our life.  In truth the control we have is very different than what we think it is.  We control our reality by how and what we think which includes staying out of drama and judgment of others while learning self-love and forgiveness.  Learning these do more to change what happens in our lives than most would think.  We also have control from our “Free Will” but maybe not as much as we would like past choices about what’s for lunch.  We always have free will to stop for gas now at the last gas station for miles or do it later but this could have consequences we don’t want to experience.  We’re preoccupied about planning for our retirement or just in paying the bills every month.  Letting go is at the very least a “leap of faith” allowing guidance to suggest the direction which would serve our life’s path best.  After all this is why we have guidance here in the first place.  We’re not put here to “go it alone” but to find the rest of us and listen to the wise council.

When we’ve had the chance to get a quick look at part of a Divine plan it’s amazing in its complexity.  These plans have been compared to a tapestry many times and correctly so.  Pulling on a thread in one place will cause movement in other threads somewhere else.  That is a good analogy of how a change in one event shifts potentials in others.  To put this into context of daily life it would be like planning to be somewhere, we’ll say it’s an event at which unknowingly we’d meet someone we should meet and they decided not to be there.  If that meeting was important to the life’s plan it would be rescheduled to a secondary contingency.  The Divine plans are full of such secondary and back-up plans just in case we’re not in the flow with our plan in that moment.

Another way guidance will work to keep us on track is in giving us a reason to do something which isn’t the real reason but is one we can rationalize as a good idea.  This has been seen so many times and is sometimes called “doing the right thing for the wrong reason,” guidance gave us a good reason (even if we didn’t know it was guidance) so we’d go alone with the program only to see later there really was another reason which we may not have gone along with even though it was in our highest good.

Following Guidance

We can get to the other side of the river using the bridge or we can swim the river, the choice is ours to make. Guidance may have an entirely different plan we didn’t see and we won’t know about it unless we ask.

Being In-Service

Guidance has an open door policy.  It’s our door that’s open since they’re multidimensional and don’t have doors but we’re asked to be open at any time to serve as asked.  This could be sending energy to an event or being awake to get an important phone call for help.  This is the ultimate in being a “team” player.  We are asked to become One and work together in all ways.
