This was an understanding gained today after asking Guidance about Acceptance being part of Self-Love. There are three challenges to finding our doorway to Self-Love. Seeing these allows us to break-up the challenge of Self-Love into smaller parts to be worked on individually.
Self-Acceptance, accepting we are as we are and this is how it should be today.
Self-Forgiveness, acknowledging we are not perfect yet so we may not always like what has happened but it was a learning experience so we release it.
Self-Recognition, acknowledging who we are as part of a greater consciousness.
Once these are complete it makes it easier to have Self-Love.
