What we learn/hear first about any subject tends to sticks in our minds as truth regardless of its validity. This perhaps is like a marble falling into a hole just big enough to fit into. Once in the hole the marble can be difficult to dislodge. As we grow and expand we’re usually challenged to revisit these early perceptions to reevaluate them.
In a moment of stillness we find the clarity reflecting upon how these early pieces fit into our puzzle of life. Taking each to task, questioning all to see if they still hold fast to a concept of higher truth. Casting out those which no longer meet this test of validity refreshes our thinking.
Having taken the opportunity to purge any outdated thoughts we are allowed greater insight to understanding yet higher truths.
